What Is The Boiler Upgrade Scheme?

The Boiler Upgrade Scheme is a government incentive to reduce the carbonisation of heat in propeties around the UK.

The scheme porvides upfront costs towards the installation of air source & ground source heat pumps, alongside biomass boilers in domestic properties.

As of 23rd October 2023, the government grant increased to £7,500 to go towards the total cost of heat pump installations in domestic properties.

The government funding is available from 2022 all the way through until 2028 with funding of just under £2 billion across the UK.

Our Role

As an installer of air source heat pumps across the Essex area and surrounding, we can apply for the scheme grant on your behalf to go towards the total project cost.

We can manage the entire process of The Boiler Upgrade Scheme application on your behalf.

How It Works?

With the go ahead from you, we would then take the application into our hands.

We would apply for the grant voucher through our funding administrator, which would need to be approved by you as the customer.

Any additional documents needed would be requested in due course.

Once the voucher has been issued, we would then be permitted to start the installation of the your air source heat pump.
