HeatPumps4Homes were contacted by Mrs Barrow in Brock Hill for the installation of an air source heat pump. We were recommended to Mrs Barrow by a previous install we had completed. The customer had an old gas boiler which had recently been condemmed by a gas engineer. To replace the boiler with a new one, would have cost too much. It worked out economically more beneficial for the customer to install a heat pump.

HeatPumps4Homes supplied a quotation to install an air source heat pump, hot water, cylinder and new radiators. After completing our heat-loss calculations for the property, a Mitsubishi 8.5kw  air source heat pump was selected, with a 150L  hot water cylinder to be located in the loft.

The installation of the system was completed in approximately 4-days. After commissioning the system, a handover pack was supplied to the customer which included the MCS certificate for the installation, user guides and manuals.

A video was also supplied which provides an easy to follow guide on how to operate the new heat pump. Training on how to operate the system was given to Mrs Barrow and of course HeatPumps4Homes remain on hand to answer any questions that they may have in the future.

Mrs Barrow was incredibly satisfied with her new heating and DHW system.
