Mrs Bentham reached out to HeatPumps4Homes, looking for a cheaper alternative to her current electric heating system. These can be expensive to run, especially during the winter months. With the footprint of the park home being small, and having good insulation levels – we installed the Ecodan 5kW Heat Pump and the 150L Slimline Cylinder.

In total, 7 radiators were changed to ensure the rooms could still get up to the desired temperature, even in the coldest of conditions. Every postcode has a set design temperature issued by the MCS, that we have to work and design our systems to. This gives us and the customer confidence that their heating and DHW system will be capable of running all year round.

The flow & return pipes were run underneath the park home, whilst the cylinder was located in the small airing cupboard. This left a tidy finish for the customer, with no mess or disruption to what she knew before the install.

Mrs Bentham was impressed with her new heat pump as it heavily reduced her electric bill during the winter period.
